Training Philosophy
“My approach to training is very simple. Make believe that you’re four (4) years old and the studio is your playground. I approach my training with a passion and desire to help, and if necessary, make you succeed in reaching your fitness goals. I will push you to the point where you think you will fail…but I will never allow you to fail! It is only when you reach that point that you can set higher goals and achieve greater results. I don’t subscribe to traditional training methods and focus on being and training as unconventionally as possible so as to exceed conventional results. I will give you back double your efforts via motivation, demonstration and often times working out with you if that’s what it takes to push you further than you ever thought you’d get. Dare to Touch More than Most People Would Dream of Reaching For…you may find out who you really are and what you can become! Never Quit – Never Die !”
