Turbo Kick
You want exclusive? We've got it. SOCOM Fitness is one of the few facilities that is authorized and licensed to bring this unique form of training to you. It's a combination of intense kickboxing moves, as well as dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It's the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that's a unique blend of intense intervals strength/endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down. Turbo Kick® requires no previous kickboxing experience or equipment.


 

The Captains Challenge
Be trained like a Marine by a Marine. This class is 60 minutes of fat burning, muscle building and endurance enhancement. Combine that with effective motivation and guidance, you will experience the SOCOM Fitness signature class that started it all. If you're looking for a challenge, this is it!


 

Fusion Heat
Fusion Heat is a combonation of strength, conditioning, and core work using everything from heavy bags to resistance band stations, free weights, and TRX. Also known as the "Triple Threat" workout, this class can burn you to 900 calories and hits the entire body in an hours time leaving you feeling revived with a sense of accomplishment.
All of  these packages include Nutrition Counseling, Body Composition Analysis, Accountability Monitoring, Supplement Advice, and off site training upon request.
