ONCE A WEEK
This is primarily an educational package to learn the basics of fitness and building blocks of nutrition. Designed for those that want to start slower, but learn how to lead a healthier lifestyle with the addition of exercise.
Twice a Week
2 times a week is the minimum amount of training recommended. Your body will become conditioned and you will see gradual strength and conditioning gains.
Three Times a Week
3 times a week is our most popular package. Fitness improvement will be consistent and nutrition is more closely monitored. This is a great package for beginners or intermediates who want to transition into a healthier lifestyle faster and more efficiently.
Four Times a Week
This is an accelerated program for clients who are eager to see results. More popular for those that have a deadline for a slim waistline.
All of these packages include Nutrition Counseling, Body Composition Analysis, Accountability Monitoring, Supplement Advice, and off site training upon request.
